How Do I Sign Up?
Some of the most popular class times may require early sign-up (contact your club for specific details). However, many classes have drop-in space available.
What Do I Need?
- Water Bottle
- Towel
- Athletic Shoes
- Padded Biking Shorts (recommended) and/or a Gel Seat
Requirements
Every participant is required to fill-out a short cycling questionnaire and be given individual bike settings. This needs to be done prior to participating in your first class. If you are a new participant, please arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can set you up on a bike.
