This class will focus on intense core training for thirty minutes. Gain more strength through your back and abs by utilizing the resist-a-ball and some Pilates.
This class level focuses on the principles of Pilates and body awareness, as well as how to engage and move from your "core". Class material covers the basic repertoire Pilates exercises, involving maily "prep" exercises, while focusing on the key basic principles. The workout is slow and controlled; you can expect to leave a class feeling "worked" yet relaxed. This class will prepare you for Mat 1+ level class.
A 45 minute water workout that combines a variety of formats. Aqua Fit is for anyone who loves to cross train and wants a great cardio workout.

1 hour Yoga Flow incorporating light weights and focusing on stregthening the whole body
Class will consist of high energy and high intensity intervals to bring the heartrate up and then add intervals of recovery time. Will use tubes, noodles, dumbbells and more to make this a workout you don't want to miss.
This is a 45-minute class and is for all levels. Burn calories, increase endurance and enhance muscular power and strength in this group cycling class.
For those who have mastered the Intermediate level exercises, Matwork classes at the Intermediate/Advanced levl will focus on continuing to improve flexibilty and core strenth while also building endurance and challenging corrdination. Exercises will incorporate all muscle groups. Props and breathing variations may be incorporated to increase difficulty and add variety.

Captivated with everything Disney? This is the place for you! Every day will revolve around one of the different Disney theme parks. The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Blizzard Beach. Camp drop off begins at 7:15AM and all campers must be picked up by 5:45PM for full day camp. Morning session drop off begins at 7:15AM and pick up is by Noon. Afternoon session drop off begins at 1:00PM and pick up is by 5:45PM. Actual camp activities will start at 8:30AM to Noon for morning session and 1:00PM to 4:30PM for afternoon session. Campers will have free time before and after those times. For members and non-members a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the campers spot in camp. A full week of camp is $175 for full days for members and $185 for non-members and the deposit will be applied towards camp dues. A full week of 1/2 days is $75 for members and $85 for non-members. Daily full day camp is $40 and daily half-day camp is $16 for members. For non-members it is $45 for full day and $21 for 1/2 day. Non-members are required to pay for camp at least 7 days prior to the beginning of camp or their spot will not be held. Cancellations for camp must be received 7 days prior to the beginning of camp. Lunch and 2 snacks are included with the cost of full day camp. 1/2 day camp includes a snack.

Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue. Various levels will be introduced so you can advance at your own pace.
