Abdominal classes are designed to focus on the strengthening and shaping of the abdominal muscles. These 15-minute classes meet in the stretching area in the Northwest corner of the Fitness Center and are taught by one of the PLC personal trainers

This class is a medium to high-intensity class that includes warm-up, stretching, aerobic exercises and toning. Water exercise equipment is used for increased resistance to build strength.

This is a 60 minute, high intensity class. This is more of an anaerobic class, meaning you will be performing above your threshold. It will also push you a little more by adding an extra 15 minutes to your ride.

An upbeat cardio conditioning workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. This class will combine your favorite Hi-Lo aerobic movements with kickboxing, simple dance and more!

A movement oriented class in where poses flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Class will start with a number of Sun Salutations to warm the body for intense stretching that is done at the end of class.

On Saturdays, member children can bring non-member children (ages 2-13 years) to go swimming for only $6 per child instead of the regular guest fee.

Step is a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout designed to enhance strength and muscular endurance. The intensity of the step workout can be increased or decreased by modifying the step patterns or altering the height of the step. This makes step an excellent class for all fitness levels.
