This class offers a fast-paced cardio workout with a high energy atmosphere. Go beyond your limits and get stronger and fit faster! This class is a fun, effective workout for men and women combining martial arts, aerobics, cardiovascular and toning for a total body workout. Improve your strength, muscle tone and endurance and reduce your body fat and stress. The basic class format: a series of drills set to music including punching/kick combinations, push-ups, jump rope, jumping jacks and shuffling. This class changes from week to week, so you're always challenged and never bored!
