Prairie Life Center is a full service health and fitness facility for the entire family. From the moment you walk in the front door until the time you are ready to leave an entire menu of health, fitness and relaxation is available.

In addition to our first class fitness center and cardiovascular facilities we offer many services and amenities to help pamper you.

Our locker rooms come fully equipped to make your visit to Prairie Life Center as comfortable as possible. Locker room amenities include hair dryers, curling irons, soap, lotion, deodorant, and all the towels you need. In addition, our pro shop can help provide any item you may need such as socks, goggles or batteries.

When you need a little relaxation after your workout you can enjoy a massage by one of our many licensed massage therapists, or get your tan ready for summer by indulging in our tanning beds.

All of this is guilt free for parents because of the fantastic kids programs we provide. A full service nursery is available every day, and as the kids grow additional programs become available. Some of the youth programs include swim lessons, Tae Kwon Do, dance lessons, sports classes or just playing in the Gym. The kids will love Prairie Life Center just as much as you!

And when you are all done with your activities the whole family can relax by the full size indoor pool or the outdoor pool. A full service snack bar can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner or a quick snack to make the whole day enjoyable.
