We welcome you to the PLC Group Fitness Program and look forward to helping
you reach your goals. We want to help you to continue to make fitness a priority in your life.
There is no charge for members to attend group fitness classes and no registration is required.
Just show up and be ready for a fun workout!
We offer all of the best classes including, Kickboxing, Crunch, Combo, Toning, Step, Weights,
Yoga, Dancing, Mat Pilates and More! Everything you need to get in shape and stay fit.
